How are extraordinary circumstances handled

External issues may cause service changes

Power outages, submarine cable problems, major cyber-attacks, or government restrictions may lead JALI to temporarily pause services; platform timing and support are updated accordingly

Legal rights remain the same

Local laws always take precedence

These terms do not reduce the user's legal rights if there is any mandatory consumer protection in Bangladesh; that will take precedence over this page
